Return and cancellation policy – OUTLETstil
We completely understand; sometimes things don't go as planned. Don't worry, we'll make sure everything remains simple and stress-free for you.
🔄 Returns
You have fourteen days from the delivery date to return your product.
If the mistake is ours – wrong size, wrong item, damaged product – we will of course take full responsibility. You pay nothing; we cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, that's perfectly fine. In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Email us at kontakt@outletstil.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you quickly with all the information.
Returning
the item: Send the item to the return address we provide. If we made a mistake, you will receive a prepaid label. Otherwise, simply return the item using a shipping service of your choice, ideally with tracking.
Receive a refund or replacement.
Once we receive the item and it is in its original condition – unworn and with tags attached – we will process your refund or send a replacement. This usually takes up to fourteen business days.
❌ Order cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of being placed. After that, our warehouse will begin processing the order.
If your order has already been shipped, you can of course return it after receiving it. Simply follow the return steps above.
📝 Important information
Items must be returned unworn, unused and with all original tags attached.
Returns may be refused if items show visible signs of use or are not in a resalable condition.
If we sent you the wrong size or item, we will cover all return and reshipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind) are at the customer's own expense.
